ANIM® T-843T-843 deburring solution can remove burrs by hot dipping. It is the strong corrosive technology whose deburring function and the safety function are all better than traditional organic solution and inorganic alkaline liquor, and can effectively remove the semitransparent yellow adhesive and black solidified flash. The lead frame, encapsulation flash treated by his product shall be softened, loose and wrinkled.
