CRSPIRIT® is a trivalent chromium plating process which provides an excellent white-bright coating, with good coverage and homogeneous plating capacity. The plating solution contains no organic solvents or complexing agents, with good tolerance to sulfate radical and chloride ion. The treatment of wastewater is simple.
1. Trivalent chromium-based new process and environment-friendly products, without containing any hexavalent chromium.
2. Simple wastewater treatment; discharged by lye precipitation of chromium ion.
3. Aesthetic appearance with uniform color, good coverage and homogeneous plating capacity.
4. The plating solution contains no organic solvents or complexing agents, with good tolerance to sulfate radical and chloride ion.
5. Graphite anode with long service life is used, protecting the plating solution from lead contamination.
6. Power failure during the plating process does not lead to any adverse consequence; the deposition rate is faster than that of the hexavalent chromium plating.
