ANIM®PV-61 is the trivalent chromium transparent passivation technology used on zinc-nickel alloy plating layer. ANIM? PV-61 passivation technology can form a layer of even and transparent passivation film on zinc-nickel alloy surface.
Characteristics of the products
1. It is trivalent chromium passivating agent excluding hexavalent chromium and fluorine.
2. It belongs to two-step technology. After passivation technology, it shall conduct post-treatment in ANIM? PV-68 confining liquid.
3. Experimental tests show that, the corrosion resistance of the rack plating can reach to 240 hours after 24-hour 120℃ aging, and the barrel plating can reach to 120 hours.
