SPIRIT® T-330 matte tin plating technology is a kind of sulfate type plating solution. The use of the sulfate makes the cost rather low, and the single additive makes the operation rather simple. Characteristics of the Products
1. Sulfuric acid system, and the additive is a kind of single dose product, which costs less, and is easy to open the cylinder to replenish, and the component is not easy to lose balance.
2. The appearance after plating is white gray, and the layer is even and not easy to leave fingerprint.
3. The plated product is easy to weld, which can pass the hot and cold weldability test, WETTING BALANCE and relevant reliability test, and captures the characteristics, such as perfect weldability and strong wetting force.
4. The plated layer has good softness, and has little difference in high and low current area.
