ANIM® PV-66 trivalent chromium iridescent passivation technology is based on trivalent chromium, and can be used for zinc-nickel alloy (contains 12-15% nickel) iridescent passivation treatment.
Characteristics of the products
1. It is complete trivalent chromium passivating agent which complies with EU environmental protection standards.
2. It can produce red to green colorful layer.
3. It has excellent corrosion resistance result, which can withstand high-temperature treatment after passivation, for example, when high-temperature treated for 1 hour at 120 degree, 2 hours at 180 degree or 24 hours at 120 degree after passivation, it can still maintain its corrosion resistance ability.
