ANIM® T-813T-813 deburring solution can remove burrs by hot dipping. It is the strong corrosive technology whose deburring function and the safety function are all better than traditional organic solution and inorganic alkaline liquor. The lead frame, encapsulation flash treated by his product shall be softened, loose and wrinkled. In particular, this product has special function to common transparent and semitransparent flash, and is more beneficial to mechanical cleaning.
