NISPIRIT® MPS nickel seal plating process is specifically designed for the plating parts with demanding requirements on corrosion resistance. During this process, small non-metallic particles suspending in the nickel plating solution are used and deposited on the coating along with the nickel, producing a large number of micro-pores on the subsequent chromium plating, which can effectively provide a multilayer nickel coating with electrochemical corrosion resistance, especially applicable to the anti-corrosion treatment of outdoor articles.
Product Features
1. A certain amount of non-conducting particles exist in the plating solution. After a thin layer of nickel plated on the bright nickel coating is sealed (2-4 microns), micro-pores are formed on the chromium which is plated subsequently, thereby improving the corrosion resistance capacity.
2. Easy to control and maintain.
