Characteristics of the products
1. It is specially developed to improve the corrosion resistance of the zinc plating and zinc alloy after passivation, and the film does not contain hexavalent chromium.
2. It has high corrosion resistance and temperature stability (can be hot treated for several hours at 120℃).
3. The film has very good ductility, and has very good adhesive force to zinc plating and zinc alloy workpiece.
4. It can improve the self-repair function of the trivalent chromium passivation film, which can be applied to colorless passivation layer and trivalent chromium black passivation layer of zinc and zinc alloy, but the color of the passivation layer shall not fade.
